It was a bit overcast but here are a couple of falls from the tropical rainforest near Hilo, HA.

Beautiful pics, how far does the second one fall? Geezo now along with Alaska, Europe, Asia, both Poles, Iceland and Africa I have to save up for Hawaii, thanks Mo.(lol)....Joe

Akaka falls is about 360 feet and was really much more spectacular than the last time I visited it.

It was Umua Umua falls... I think. I can't quite remember the spelling.

It looked so much like boiling pots to me, oh well. on close inspection, not as much i guess. I was thinking this http://sykocus.net/gallery/displayimage.php?pos=-85 were those last falls in the back.

Good shots, Maureen. I find overcast days are much better for waterfall shots, as sunny days blow out the water highlights.

Love these.
I haven't been to the big island but the falls I saw in Maui were spectacular.
