puesdo hdr (one raw file save into three tiff of diferent exposure values) of my buddy scott i think it looks pretty legit i forgot to clone out the blanket in the bottom left so pay it no mind
i just got photomatix pro so any tips are welcomed i am fairly knowledgeable but there as a lot i dont know.

I think it's excellent, but I also think you need to go into photoshop, isolate his arms and forehead, and get out that yellow.

I like that.
Agree about the yellow in the skin, but also the entire yellow channel could be taken down a bit. Clone out the blanket and also the blown highlights on the ceiling.
I reckon you could restage this and do a proper multi-exposure job. That sofa comes up superbly. I'd be tempted to knock the background out with a very narrow DOF (or move it up against a plain wall) and make the sofa and your mate fill the frame, then really go to town on the textures in the sofa in Photomatix and PS.

Love it! I like the way the pants match the couch - really makes it look like you used the same paint for both. I'm about to pull the trigger on Photomatix..

thanks everbody i will try to play with the channels and see what i can do the file out of photomatix are tricky to post process
oh and i have cloned out the blanket but i havent dont anything with the channels

The first thing that came to mind was "cool" I would say because of the dense of depth. The second thing was, "one yellow arm?" thanks for sharing.

It is different but still a cool photo.
My eyes are almost constantly drawn to the shirt in the background though.
