My Doxie, Bayley, is completely devoted to my grandson AAron. They were lounging together on the back patio so I decided to get out my 50mm f1.8.
Cropping and minor post processing using Picasa2.

Nice one Skip. They look very comfortable with each other.

Every dog should own a boy....wait a minute, did I cross that up? :-) :-)

I was about six or seven feet away from them. I did crop out about 1/3 of the frame as it was too distracting.
Thanks for looking.

Matching mouth pieces, ready for some sport...

Nice shot. Great job on keeping right exposure between the black knight master and his light skin companion:D

Great photo, four lovely eyes :-) I love the way your grandson has his hand on the dogs back, you just know the photo is not posed.

Thanks Rob. They have been best buds erev since Aaron was born.

Daragh, I feel lucky that I was able to capture the moment, Thanks.

Yes, J., it is. I still have his mother but his father passed on last year. They have all been wonderful family friends.

Mine died in a road accident four days ago. I am thinking of getting another one soon, possibly a relation of his. Great temperament, personality, intelligence, you name it.
