Baby Robin

This poor guy had a rough time learning to fly. He was just sitting on the front lawn and I had to take a picture of him before my husband picked him up to put high up in our arbour so that cats that wander on our street don't eat him. His momma and poppa weren't that thrilled. They tried to dive bomb my husband. LOL

Five tries later, and I finally get it all resized enough. The momma robin is a bit blurry but I thought she was going to come after me too. :o)

Awwwwww..I hope the baby was OK. Did it manage to get back with it's parents?

They were never far from the baby. We found him hiding inside our hedge the next day. We knew he was close because the parents would start squaking like crazy whenever we walked out of the house. I think he may have finally figured out how to fly. He hasn't been around for a day or so.
