Which type of .com?

Hello all. I am trying to decide what type of .com template I should use when I finally get around to making a .com site. Here is what I think I am looking for but nothing is cast in stone.

1) A place to post my shots for the general public to see but would want them right-click protected or similar. This would be an area to post family shots and similar. Maybe even event shots that I do not care to try to sell.

2) A place where people could buy my better photos such as nature, stock photos, portraits, event photos and so on.

Where should I look? Is Photostockplus or similar something I should look into?

I would probably register a .com through GoDaddy. I DON'T have hours (or a fortune) to spend creating a template or similar so I think I would be looking for a premade template that looks relatively professional.

I have looked around to see what might suit my needs but it remains overwhelming.
