Sorry about the thread title, its something my sister said when I showed her the photos
I got the oppertunity to watch some live fire training through work, so I took the camera along.
Weather wasnt all that great and I was shooting into the sun (not much oppertunity to move the old feet in situations like this) so there is a bit more noise than I'd like.
Anyway, onto the photos:

The first one is an excellent capture.
You should sell that to the Army, they'd appreciate that.

Lulworth, about 5-10 mins down the road from Bovington.

I was going with the "less is more" approach . Plus its REALLY hard to capture the muzzle flash from the shot. Even with burst mode on the 50D you either have to be lucky enough to start shooting just before they do, or brave enough to stand there with burst machinegunning away until they do fire.
Thanks for the comments, I added a couple more, the first two show the bore evacuator doing its job after the rounds had left, the third shows not only what they were shooting (smoke rounds at this stage) but also how bad the conditions were. If anyone has any hints/tips how to better process the image, that'd be great.

awesome shots, that's a Challenger tank correct?
I'm not too familiar with the British tanks.

Very cool shots! I would maybe do a little more PP on them to make them pop and brighten up a bit.

Yes, Challenger 2 to be exact (based on, but quite different to Challenger 1)

Nice, gives the flash a little more "pop"
Thanks for the comments.

Great pics. Nothing like the unique opportunity to be on the firing range.

Very cool pics!
I decided to do a quick PP on the first one just for my own practice.
