Not too shabby for winter light in NH. These are my kids -- my baby is #10 and just turned a year old. :D C&C is welcome!

Very nice. The last one is nice, I am unable to point it straight away , the other gurus on this forum might, but something is missing.

Congratulations on your his turning one. They grow so fast and so much to capture.

Oh he is a pumpkin! The last one needs a focal point and a little light added.....

Love the natural light! It can be hard to come by this time of year.

Thanks, tsdaita and Maureen -- I'm not sure what you mean by focal point for this picture? I can easily make it lighter, though. I wasn't sure about uploading that one, but my sister liked it a lot. :)

I like these. The last one is my favorite because it's a natural pose. Good job.

Beautiful catchlights in their eyes.. and really sharp focusing.. :)

I think I'd like to see more in the frame on #1 & 3, and the last shot might be more intriguing if you include what she is looking at... ;)

Thanks everyone -- yes, 1 & 3 were tight frames. My fault for using a 50mm without a lot of room to back up! :)

Absolutely stunning :) But all NH kids are :)

Tracy (who grew up in the Upper Valley) and I really need to get my priorities straight and start posting some of my work.... I love natural lighting and find I do best in that setting :)

Thanks, Tracy -- you grew up close to me! We have lived about 3 miles from Darthmouth College for 20 years. (We're a little further away now.) :)
