Gripped XSi with 70/200mm f/2.8 Sigma What Backpack

Hey guys, I know that these threads get old but I could really use some help. I went to the local Camera shops and their selection of packs meeting my needs are pathetic to say the least. So I would appreciate some help. I would like a Backpack that will fit my XSi with a Opteka grip and Sigma 70-200mm f/2.8 attached. It also needs to be able to fit all the other gear in my signature as well as a 14" laptop. Please help me out. My National Geo medium rucksack is great, but It will not fit this lens and camera combo attached so it is time to upgrade.

Since you need room for a laptop check out the Kata r-103. It has room to hold all your gears as well as the tripod.
