looks good to me..if i was a photoshop genius i would figure out a way to get some clouds in the left region but who knows..try the dodge tool..

very nice... photostitch is hard due in part to not having "stitch-assist" as i did on my pro1

If it's RAW you'd "develop" the photo for the buildings and the clouds, then blend them, before doing the stitch. It'd be tricky, fiddly, and just plain hard. It'd definitely add to the photo though. Alternately go back at dawn and dusk and reshoot, on manual mode, which it looks like you've done already.

It actually looks good, save for the clouds. I know how tricky these panos can be, and I have to practice more.
