I have to agree... it's a bit overexposed. If it were me, I'd try to ask the model to bend her elbows... looks better in photos.

Yes, she is definitely overexposed, given the leafless trees in the background and what you're wearing: poor girl :lol:
She has skinny (in a nice way) waist that makes her shoulders look bulkier than they actually are in the particular pose (though . Perhaps turning her torso a tad towards the camera so she does not have to pull back her right shoulder too much might help?
