Ask recommendation of tripod for my 7D plus 17-55& 70-200 2.8.
I prefer night shooting.
Good performance plus portability, seasonable price.
By the way, the budget is 200USD.

Not exactly sure what a "seaonsable" price is. :D

Sorry - had to say it. But whatever is reasonable is a personal thing. $50? $600?

There is no such thing as a cheap, lightweight quality tripod.

Expensive, lightweight, quality tripod maybe or cheap, lightweight, low quality tripod maybe.

I would go for a Manfrotto 190CX3 or an 055CX3 with a 488RC2 head for light and quality.

As for light and cheap, I wouldnt know - i gave up on cheap tripods after my tripod nearly fell over with my (previous) 400d, flash and kit lens on it. That was indoors so no wind or anything to unsettle it - very scary moment!
