You've chopped off the front or back of every one. Is there some reason you put your URL right across the middle of every image? Perhaps I'm just spoiled by some of our other contributors, sigh.

Well I like to get in nice and close, not every shot is I posted is chopped, I'm linking these shots from my website, so I have to watermark everything. Sorry I didn't live up to the other contributors standards.... lol...

I stand corrected, there are some that are complete. But what about the "watermarks" as you call them. They kinda destroy the images.

The watermark is there to ensure that no body steals the image, and uses it as his / her own. As CharlesU has recently had an imposter getting the credit for his images.

Very nice, what lense for the first one did you use and can you give the exif data.

They are all either not sharp enough, exposed incorrectly, or not in frame properly.
The shutter speed in the last one is too high and the aperture is too large. The rider's helmet is barely in focus but his elbow and everything closer is soft. The angles are also odd and, well, just odd.

Try practising panning with a shutter speed of 4-500th of a second.
Using the 70-200, even at full zoom, seems to be too short for how close you are.
You have a 20D, you don't need to crop the bikes with the camera, crop them with PS, much more professional.

Ah, that's why I didn't understand ... nobody ever steals my images and tries to claim them (that I am aware of.) I'll go see what Charles is doing in the way of watermarks and copyrights and stuff ... I'd steal his images before yours (no offense intended) so he must have a foolproof system. I'm kidding, of course ... I would rather chance that someone will steal from me than deny all the fans of my "models" the chance to enjoy my images, download them for 'wallpaper' and print them off ... but I think you are correct to the extent that I should start putting some sort of identifier on them somewhere, perhaps with a URL, so honest folks would know where they came from ... thanks!

I'd steal his images before yours.... nice... thanks, I checked your website and I can see why you make the comment "nobody ever steals my images" oh just joking.. NOT.

Sometimes I can't believe the comments on this site, I was asking for critiques and help, not useless information from someone that shoots pictures of little girls...

I'm outta this thread.....
