Absolutely beautiful! The seperation of front stage and backstage gives a wonderful mental contrast, and the b/w really accentuates that. Fantastic!

If I were going for 100% perfection, I would clone out the girl backstage opposite, and the girl in the black top, half backstage and half front stage, but that's just me nit-picking. :)

Simon, Felix and Brandon - thank you for your comments and critique.

I worried that this one would be too busy for the viewer but it appears from your responses that the image is busy in a good way - that the various aspects of the image both hold their own and work together. Brandon - I know what you are saying re:the girls at the back of the stage - there are a few other things I considered changing as well but, in the end, I left most alone as I felt the impact was there without having to cleanse the image too much.

For me, it is still compositionally difficult but the girl in the distance seems to keep it all together by filling that gap in the middle. By the way - in my opinion, the story really isn't nearly as well told without that girl...
