Is there a way to make them easily accessible? Like a harness or something similar?
I've started to carry a film and a digital body recently and they're rubbing against each other. Also the straps are always get messed up. Even cratched my LCD cover on the rebel... after a year of use.
What do you recommend?

Easiest way out is to harness one of those things called 'assistants'. or keep one in a bag, ready.

Seriously... I need something else.

I have used 2 with one high and one low. I also avoid wearing a shirt etc with buttons down the front.

I'm sure i've read a thread about this, either here or on FM. "Do a search" isn't a useful reply, but i'm sure i've read it somewhere. A search didn't find the thread, sorry. You could try reading this (http://www.luminous-landscape.com/reviews/accessories/upstrap.shtml) too.

Though I have never used one, I have seen multiple camera straps. They fit over the neck like a normal strap, but in the front, they bifrucate on each side so there is one camera just at hooter level and the other camera just about belly level. The most superior camera should have the shortest lens, that way it does not tilt down and smack the lower camera.

I read something a guy said he used a lense case, or a bottle holder that clips on a belt and would stick the camera in that lense down, and I think the article mentioned velcro to hold the camera in place while moving fast.
So basically it was some kind of holster, with a long strap to hang off the camera mans shoulder incase of a accidental slip.

I normally use different lenghts straps. One shorter and one longer. Longer lenses, as someone already mentioned, goes down to avoid contact.

Banging lenses has to be a problem trying to get them both sorted out in the front hanging from your neck. Maybe a bit lateral ... but how about wearing a shirt with those button down shoulder strap things, like they wear in the forces. Unbutton one side at a time and slip your shoulder strap under and button it secure again. You then have a right and a left side camera and they won't fall to the floor. Might work, might not. Theory seems sound. I wouldn't do it myself, but then I complain when I have to carry my keys and wallet ...

If you are just worried about them hitting each other while you carry them ...adjust the strap on one body so that it is longer than the other stap. This way they never will hit each other...unless of course you have a long lens on the shorter strap. If you must carry long lense mount it to the body on long strap. I have seen many pros carry 2 or more cameras like this. Give it a try :D
How did I miss Rob612's comment... Well thats 2 for different length straps

I got 2 Lowepro Lens Case 4S clipped to my belt on each side. And use that as a holster to carry the camera + lens.

I'll probably just adjust the length then.
If I carry it on the side the straps get messed up. But the lens bag on the side is a good idea. I'll do that with rebel and 70-200. I can just stick it in with the hood on and it'll always be ready.
But it's kinda easy to steal too...

Don't know if I like the 4S case on the belt. Sounds interesting, just keep it open (of course, with the body attached there's nothing else you can do...) and use it as a sort of holster. I am used to wear an holster (for a different object ;)) but I'm afraid it can became too heavy if you stick in it i.e. a 20D+Grip+70-200 2.8. But its worth a try at least, I have one 4S spare, and I'll give it a try as soon as I can. Just wonder how to handle the strap ? I don't like the idea of having the strap hanging off, it can catch into something and pull everything out. OTOH, to actually wear it it must be darn long... Gotta make some experiments.
