Not the fastest of Airshow displays but those rotary engines make a lovely noise. Rare to see three together in the various liveries and flown with great precision.
Again taken at Old Buckenham Airshow on a typical UK summers day i.e. overcast and cold!

Nice shots!
( typical UK summers day i.e. overcast) Count your blessings! You probably wouldn't have the under wing detail if the sun had been out. ;-)

"Every cloud has a silver lining" and all that. Would have been nice for the sun to come out for a few of the ground shots as every one I took lacks any contrast/

every one I took lacks any contrast/ If you aren't shooting RAW, then now's a good time to reconsider. When I shoot cars, the LAST thing I want is contrasty lighting! ;)

All were shot in RAW (1dMkII) and though I know what you mean about bright light, Sunday was dull with a capital dull. One of those days where all the light seems to just get absorbed by objects.
