Just trying desaturated look & was wondering how you think of it.I prefer the desat & the model prefers the full colour pic.
Any C&C welcome

The model doesn't want to look like a corpse, and you... oh... never mind ;-P. #1 for me all the way... it's that much more provocative for retaining a commanding feminine allure. Cheers, Tony

+1 for full colour

The desaturated image isn't bad, but as tonydee said, the colour is more alluring.

Definately #1. I dont think the desaturation which i like to use in some of the street shots works well here.

#1.

I prefer the first one also, but noted when I downloaded for editing that it didn't have an embedded color profile, and looked quite a bit different in Photoshop than I see it here in Firefox. Anyway, I wanted to have a try at a desaturated version, and came up with this. One of the things I noticed was her eyes in the second version you posed, so when I desaturated the image I masked out her eyes and surrounding eyeliner so they're fully saturated.

#1, for the same reasons as stated above.

the edited desat looks good, but the full color looks *very* good. #1 for presentation, #2 for fun.

I was going to say #1, but the roses look over-saturated to me and looks over done.

I'd like to see an image halfway between the 2, but they're both better than anything I could do anyway :)

I like #1 the best... but I can't help but ask for a crop from the elbows up... it just seems like quiet a long photo.

Number 1, but like them both really.
Please dont crop it, it will look wrong. The petals wont be as strong in the photo, the stems will be cut in half, you will lose the idea of her being in the bath. It works fine just the way it is.

#1. I think the desaturated one she does look kind of corpse-like.

#1 for full color!! I don't understand why some people like the washed out, deathly look...

Going to go against the body and say number 2 - with a bit more editing. Number 1 is nice but if you threw a texture over two, desaturated it a bit more, upped the contrast I think you'd find a very striking image.

#1 for me.

A mixture between the two! I honestly think it's a case of best of both worlds.

Sorry, neither for me...

Why is she in the tub? Why is the rose in her hair another color from the bouquet? Her hair looks rather oily than wet. You still have rose greens in behind her ear? The entire stems look too large for her? The water edges on her legs look odd.just to me though.....:(
