help.
followed the instructions to the letter to download vid files to pc but when i try and use imagemixer 3 to transfer the video to my pc it says it cannot find anything -but the memory card is in-batterys are topped up and i can playback the videos ok
so why is it not finding anything on the card?
i have reinstalled the software twice but no difference.

i would try using a card reader ,i do and it works fine .
