If I wanted to install EE twice on 1 data base.. would I have to go into all the php files and change the table names or do you have an easier way?
What I want to do is have a test enviroment and a production enviroment. But my web provider will only give me 1 database to use. So I need to change the names of the tables for the second enviroment.
I tried setting up my own linux box at home... that was a bit of a faliur but I'm still working on it. I need to rebuild the box from the ground up, and install the new versions of apache, mysql and php to get everything to work. and that is going to take awhile.
Anyway.. any ideas you have on the 2 enviroment idea would be helpful.
