Durham Cathedral caught in the last ray's of the dying sun.
ISO 100, 50mm, f22, 0.3sec, manual setting, tripod mounted.

Another really good shot, David. I love the way the light seems to add extra prominence to the cathedral. :)
Just a thought, did you try cropping the sky a wee bit? (see how quickly a sassenach picks up the language?:lol: )

Trevor, I see what you mean but feel that the blue add's to the image also by cropping it would make the horizon very central, so if I were to consider a crop it would be to the bottom and left of the image. Not a bad observation for a Sassenach!:lol: ;)

Love this one David - I was just about to reply and realise that hubby has already said what I was going to say - oh dear! :oops: That'll teach me to read the replies first!
I think you're right, maybe take a little off the bottom so the horizon is lower. {LOL hubby's been nagging at me for weeks about horizons!}
The lighting is wonderful though - great timing ;)
