Here's a shot of an old school house that's on the way to one of the trail heads I go hiking at. Also put up the B&W conversion. Shot with my Rebel Xsi and the 15-85mm IS. Raw conversion in Lightroom 2.6.
Exposure: 0.002 sec (1/500) Aperture: f/9.0 Focal Length: 24 mm ISO Speed: 200

The B&W was a grayscale conversion in lightroom (not one of their presets). I dropped the blue channel to darken the sky and bring out the clouds. I also really dropped the yellow and orange channels to bring out some contrast in the grass since it originally was pretty washed out with one hue of gray in the foreground.

Thanks for your time. Mostly interested in the suggestions on the B&W conversion. Might be cool with a more antique look, but I haven't really played much outside of a typical B&W conversion. Feel free to have a go at it too.
