I think I'd like #1 with #2's scene tone and #4's hoodie tone. The B&W doesn't do much for me and the color of the hoodie is a bit intense. So somewhere in the middle would be good, but you don't want to eliminate the color from his face like in #4.
#3 and #4 are too closely cropped and as just a headshot they're not quite as interesting. The model looks better with his hood down, as well.

^Thanks for the reply. I'll edit one how you mentioned and post it up in a couple minutes.
EDIT: I posted it as number 5. Is that about what you meant? I agree that it looks better than the black and white version. Thanks for the tip.

#4 is my fave, but the cropping is a bit off on top :)

A very tiny bit less saturation and you're golden.

#5 is good, and I also like #4, just wish it wasn't cropped off the top.

Redo #1 and you might have the best of the set. All are nice, but #1 lightened a bit then contrasted a bit more might be the way to go.

Thanks for the help everyone. I wish the head wasn't cut off in the 4th also, but it was a self portait so I couldn't see the framing too well lol
