Here are a few from a series of mugshots of Melbourne musicians I took today for the S.L.A.M. rally www.slamrally.org to be held in Melbourne on Feb 23 to protest on the impact the Victorian liquor licensing laws are having on the live music industry.

Nice series, Richard. Good luck with the protest. It seems like a short sighted law.

Thanks Tony.

The protest should be pretty massive. And the law is definitely short sighted.

The protest is on the anniversary of an iconic music clip that was made in Melbourne by AC/DC - it has them heading down Swanston Street on the back of a truck playing It's A Long Way To The Top (If You Wanna Rock N Roll) - youtube link here (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=H1iR2Wi3u5o) and the march will follow the route AC/DC took in 1976 before ending up at the Victorian Parliament where there will be a rally and bands. On the march there will be an all star band belting out It's a Long Way To The Top and perhaps the bagpipe players from the 1976 film clip.
