EF 100-300mm f/4.5-5.6 USM Lens

Has anyone ever had this lens? If so did you have any luck getting good pictures with it. I know someone selling theres for $30.00 and it is in mint condition. I realize it is not an L Lens but I was hoping I could get some feedback from some one that has owned one. Thanks Jimmy

Ive had one for about a month. Its not bad for the cost, looses sharpness over 200 tho.

Get it. Test it.

If you don't like it, sell it on eBay for $150-200 (at least that's the going rate here in Europe).

Sure looks like a no-brainer to me...

I have one but paid more than $30. Would be a good deal at that price. Lens isn't bad, but I also don't have any L glass to compare it to. It does have some serious zoom creep when carrying the camera on a shoulder strap.
