Can Anyone help me? I'm on a limited budget and I am deciding to purchase either a canon a510 or a85, i'm an amatuer and any help would be appreciated, thank you in advance

I'm from the philippines and the prices here are a lot different from those in the States my budget is 13000 pesos thats about 250 dollars, I only have a few choices which fall under that price range like a canon a ps a510, canon ps a85, or a canon ixus i. thanks
