You may know that if you buy a new Canon camera in europe you will also receive a book of cash back vouchers to use against extra lens, TC's & flash guns.

If like me you bought a 'grey import' or just want some free money, then goto http://www.canonextrapromotion.com/faq.aspx go to the bottom of the page and enter your details. Canon will then send you a book of cashback vouchers.

Hmmm...no cash back offer when purchasing a 1D MII. :(

Just fill out the form, they will send the booklet to you.
You don't have to proof the purchase of any camera.

It worked for me in Germany.

Yeh, sorry I didn't say, you don't need to have bought a camera to get the book of vouchers, just fill in the form and Canon send it on.

Just an update,
received the voucher book. Posted on 12the July and got £105 in post today, two weeks later, their site says it can take 40days.
Thankyou Canon.
Now the problem, what do I spend it on ???

But, OsRuS, you have to buy something after you've bought the camera to get your cash back - it's a rebate, not free cash. I bought a 420EX and got £35. Sadly I bought my L lenses a year or so ago, so no cash back on them!

What did you buy to get your £105?

If Canadian - no US rebate - also no European cash back. Feel cinda picked on. George :cry:

I got a 300d and sent away for the voucher book on the canon site. bought a 70-200 L f4 on ebay, printed off my paypal reciept posted it with the voucher and they accepted it. saved about £100 in total on uk prices.................

Did you buy from a UK seller? or from Far East?
