I shot these recently to test out of ghetto rig. Almost lost my camera twice..thankfully it fell of after i was done adn just checking the exposure.

thats cool.how much did you rig cost it looks like a tripod with suction feet? where did you get the feet?

Yeah, you're going to have to divulge the setup. We have ways of making you talk....j/k. Full pics of the rig would be nice too, please.

ill go take some more pics tonight if the humidity isnt too high.
You can get the suction feet at autozone for 3.99 or near that price.
You basicly just bolt the suction cups to the tripod and your set. You may have to bend the legs a bit depending on the angles of the car. Its to bad they dont pivot like the tripod ends

your question makes me lauph for some reason. NO i really dont haha but i have 0 deductable insurance and if it breaks i get my d30 replaced with either a 20d or 350d so im not to worried. The only scary part is when im alone doing this and i have to drive the vehicle instead of push it.

You might want to clone out that nasty sensor dust. I have no idea how you didn't see it....

What I don't get is why you don't just throw your D30 on the ground so you can get a spiffy new camera. =)
