Attached you find a photo I took in the wood.
I liked the white flower against the green dark background. and the grass around the flowers.
When seeing the results I'm not satisfied about the white color of the flowers.
I think they are too light.
When taken the photo I use TV 1/500 AV 4.0 Fl 70. EV 0 iso 400

If you share my point of view can you give me an advice how to make the white color smoother ?

you could do this (http://www.artchive.com/artchive/V/van_gogh/gachet.jpg.html)

in your photo, some of the white foxglove flowers are overexposed (blown out). I fiddled with it this way -- selected the blown out parts using the magic wand, set the color picker to the color of the higher up flowers (pale yellow), and then made a solid color mask layer to match the selection. I turned the opacity down a bit. Then I made a levels layer and moved the midpoint to the right, which darkened the background. I copied an image of the layers panel in so you can see what I did. Not sure if this is the effect you want, if not, sorry.

with really white stuff in the foreground, -1 exposure compensation could help. It's easier to rescue underexposed background areas than blown out main subjects.
