on Wednesday as frightened as I was to take my camera out, I wrapped it up in clear bags and had fun taking pictures of my daughters best friend. there was soo much snow on the ground, in front of her and just falling all over the place that it was sorta difficult to take any good shots.

C&C's are welcomed and appreciate it..

Very nice! I too have fears of condensation on the inside of my camera and lens for cold and snow.

BTW, I wouldn't be able to tell if you were a New-B. The snow color in pic 2 is not blue like a lot of snow shots I see.

The shots are nice but the skin softening is a little excessive, particularly in the second one. I'm assuming you did that in post. Either that, or she's using a lot of makeup. What I'm saying is that it is taking away from the character of her face, loosing any kind of detail in the skin and making her more mannequin-like. From the looks of it, she certainly doesn't have anything to hide.

ty,
her complexion is very light as it is, and I asked her not to wear that much cover up bc I would take care of that through ps but she has a complex and came with alot on. It was pretty hard for me to fix it, at least I wasnt able to. SHe has alot of acne as well, so with all the makeup, the heavy snow, the whiteness of the snow and pastel colored lipstick and clothing, it made it hard. Pictures came out really nice, but Im glad you noticed the skin as I knew you you all would and wanted the c&c....:)
