Help with event photos?

I will be shooting for a local charity event and they want photos printed onsite with a paper frame. I want to find a online company that will print a custom designed single sided paper frame. I do not want a frame that folds over. Just a single sheet of paper printed on one side with the opening cut out for the picture. I can find folded paper frames everywhere but not single sided. Can anyone help?

They didnt have it either.... Who prints them I just got one from a local event I was attending so someone has to be doing it.
