Well here is my first band shoot I did the other day. Its for a great band, Stockholm, out of Orlando, FL.
This is also my first time using my flashes.
C&C welcome

I like the first one best, think it could look better cropped in some. I have done some band photos in the past... maybe try to get them moving around some, being more natural instead of the cliched posing? Their expressions just don't seem to authentic.... like they're trying too hard to do the band photo... I think the lighting is much better in the B&W too.

They look at little soft to me, you do any sharpening?

didn't see the third one earlier... that is my favorite for being natural feeling... only two things: the thing on the floor in the middle? and the guy on the left- his foot looks funny to me.

Yeah, they're looking a little soft to me. 3rd one is my favourite, not sure about the colour of the first one.

yes, seems like they need some sharpening. To be honest none of them gives me a wow feeling, but I doubt that I would have been able to do it any bether. It is easier to give critique than do it.
The first one is my favourite. The faces seems to be a bit overexposed. But I really like the composing with all the lines.
The last one is ok and would have been a great shot if the guy would have kept his right foot on, and the box on the floor was cloned away. I am not sure about the ceiling, mybe try another croping without it, or clone away the line up there.

Your suggestions and comments are pretty much what I was also thinking.
I was going for a slightly overexposed face look, I guess it would resemble a hint of that fashion mainstream look?
Im pretty proud of my first shoot of this kind, so Im glad you all had overall good things to say haha.

i like the third one, but try getting them a little more candid, which is an oxymoron of sorts.

I agree, for a first try it is really good!
