My son Nicholas used Canon 20D and one Genesis200 strobe with shoot through umbrella and 50mm f1.4 C&C welcome as am still new to portraiture.
Second photo edited it in a differnt way to the first applied a skin softening technique. Also I think the skin color looks better in the second one

It's a great shot, but my eye goes right to the shirt. I would chose a plain shirt next time for a stronger image. Love that you can see his long lashes. :)
