Click the speaker toward the bottom left to pause the music.

Site looks good. However, your contact link needs some work as it doesn't have the same look and feel as the rest of your site.

I only had 5 fonts to choose from, that was one of the few thing I was disappointed in. I thought the provider could've done a better job with it.

he's right - your contacts page looks done in a rush.
also you might want to add a 'About Me' page - people like those sort of things
i do like the site tho - nice and simple.

Hi Josh,
Firstly - get rid of the music.
Music on a website is a no-no in my book - for a number of reasons, not withstanding that unless you wrote it yourself or if you don't have permission to use it, you are more than likely breaching copyright.
Secondly there's not enough substance to the site.
You need to have more than just 27 photos when you go live with your site.
Having only a totalof less than 30 images for people to look at is not enough to give them an idea of your work.
A greater cross section of what you do, or greater selection is going to get you far better results. At the moment it's just a bit ho-hum.
There's some nice photos there, but nothing that makes me go "These are great, I'm going to hire this guy".

I like the overall design, I do not mind the music but a bit lower or perhaps you could have it OFF by default and who wants it they can turn it on... I do think something is missing in the contacts page, design vise.

I like the site layout. Not so much a fan of the flash sites. They all really look the same. But the images are awesome. Nice work.
One problem though. i clicked on the contact link and could not get out of the page to go back to the site or anywhere else. had to close the browser. Might want to check that.

One little thing that bothers my eye is on the right side when photos change you can see a tiny peace of the next photo...speacialy when flipping the horizontal ones...

I agree with the statement above. I don't like seeing the next photo, even faded. I also think you have way too many pictures for a linear slideshow in some of the sections. I would either cut the number down or switch to a thumbnail grid preview for each gallery. Other than that, the site looks nice and simple. Definitely add an about page as well.

Thumbnail might be good, but I liked the site, and think it will be beneficial for your business.

I can't add thumbnails, and I honestly don't mind that because I don't really like them. And I can change the opacity on the next photo in the slide show.

I added an About section to my site, as suggested.

The harshness and speed of which the images transition is hard on my eyes. Sort of like a whip cracking. Try a smoother image transition selection.
I added an About section to my site, as suggested.
But that takes you away to another site, facebook. Don't make your viewers fragmented between different sources. They go to facebook and they may close your site and play on facebook. Keep them in one place.

Josh I think what most are saying is that you want to make it simple for a potential client to view your site. If they have to look around to close out of a window or try and find your about me page without going to facebook they will not stay on your site. It's too hard work and most people will leave without seeing all of your work.
I do not like flash sites for a couple of reasons 1. Sometimes it takes too long to load I like quick, simple and easy #2 I just don't think they are as smooth and easy to navigate as a regular web site.
I made my site from Frontpage and added flash galleries or slideshows using LR. I still need to tweek it to make it more professional but it is very easy to navigate. Maybe just put a link to your facebook page on the site?
You have some great pictures there! Overall you have the right idea just make it a bit simple. Remember not everyone is computer/site savy.

You've got some nice stuff. Just commenting on the images.

Scroll down...
I don't browse "wide screen" and making a viewer scroll down is a hassle and is often overlooked, as I did because you added the "scroll down to.." text after my comment.
Make it simple for your viewers, show everything in one view to avoid the viewer missing text because they did not notice scrolls bars.

That's just how the site is set up. I can't do anything to change the way it: Presents the images, slide show speed, window sizes, how fancy it is.

You could make that photo of you smaller, or use a different horizontal photo, to avoid having people miss the actual information about you below the photo. You have essentially a horizontal site design, but then use that vertical photo of yourself. Hmmm. ;)
