I am using Zoombrowser v1.1 and have just encountered an error message that prevents me from launching the program. The message reads "unexpected internal c-tree(r) error#235 (uerr_cod=0)

I tried reloading the program but am still getting the same message. Any ideas?

Much appreciated
Bob

I have the same error. Did you ever fix for this?

I got the same error after I installed Microsoft Service Pack 3 for Windows/2000. I have not solved the problem, but.. it's not related to opapi11.dll that I could tell. I removed all printers from my system, then installed a "local" printer only. Then restarted zoombrowser and photorecord. Now, if you are not attempting to connect to a network printer, your problem MAY be the opapi11.dll...my problem STILL might be this file, but it is related to NETWORK printers. Note, that this problem was NOT evident prior to service pack 3 for windows 2K. So. the question is, is the developer who wrote opapi11.dll going to update his software to make it compatible with W2K SP 3 or do we have to re-install windows and not install this service pack until he does. By the way. Service Pack 3 looks like an entire operating system replacent based on the files I saw it install on my machine....GEEZE.

I just encountered this problem a couple days but I seem to have come across it in a different way than you guys. All I did was create a new folder on the browser's desktop, then I went into one of the other folders, selected about 20 pictures, copied them, and went into the new folder, tried to do a right click-paste, and it seemed like it was doing it but then it the program stopped responding. From that moment on, I get the "unexpected internal c-tree(R) error error #235(uerr_cod=0)" error evertime I try opening the program.

Does anybody know if reinstalling the program will work?

Hi every one if you are still using zoom broswer. I just had the same problem and what I did was remove zoom broswer moved the database "c:\program files\canon\zoom broswer\database" and reloaded. This then cames up a says it can not find the database and then you go and create a new database. You need to point to a image on the hard drive to finish it.

hopefully this will work for you.

Hallo,
I found on the internet this topic and I have the same problem. I use ZoomBrowser EX 2.6
Itried to transfer a lot of pictures at once and the program was not responding.
From that moment, I get the "unexpected internal c-tree(R) error error #235(uerr_cod=0)" error evertime I try open the program.
I tried to follow the advice of acs121, but I have no idea how to create a new database with the extension .zbd
Does somebody knows what to do?
Thanks,
Marcela

Current Zoombrowser is generations ahead of 2.6.
