The Pics are nice... the Layout is nice..
The only thing that bothers me is the switch from a Light Tan to a Black background color. It is hard on the eyes.
I know, the black looks great for the background for photos, but maybe a darker color for the start / feedback pages would give the site a more consistant look.
Other than that.. the navigation and other stuff is fine.
Just my personal opinion...
