Duotone-Outdoor Cafe - Siena

An outdoor cafe shot from Siena, Italy. I desaturated with channel mixer, then converted to 8-bit duotone. What do you all think?

Good shot. I really like the duotone; it works well with the greys in the facade of the buildings.

I would probably try a crop a bit below where the building meets the right of the frame to remove some of the sidewalk. Also, you may want to burn in some of the bright areas at the top of the frame; they draw your eye away from the line of buildings.
