In need

of a digital camera that can hold video aswell with a decent MP

i saw a sony one in the makro mail but i have lost that, its for a friend so any help would be grateful

Not sure about your question. There are great video cameras that also do pretty good still images. Maybe try that route.

there are good camcorders that take ok still images, and good still cameras that take ok videos; but i haven't seen one that does both very well.

As this is not one of my interests.... my memory of this is not as specific as usual..

But I diod just read a reviewe in the last few months of a digital P&S "EVF" that was a very good solid Digital camera.. 5 MP or more.. that also wowed the reviewer who felt it had by far the best quality movie mode of any serious Digital camera thus far....

Now.. here's the problem.. I don't recall where I read it.. and I don't recall the Camera.. but I can say this.

I don't think it was Canon.. and I am almost positive it was either Minolta,.. or Fuji... (there EVFs look so much alike I get them confused)

I'll try to recall where I read it..

I have to admit... the review was so positive I suddenly wanted Video on my 20D :)
