More backpack recommendation

Anyone have Kata 3n1-22 or 33? I am looking for a backpack that will carry 17' laptop, 1 body, nifty, 24-70,70-200, 300 and few accessories. Not sure if there are any other choices around $120 range. I would prefer soft lining like Crumpler but I have not seen any. Optional tripod holder will be +++

Which 70-200 do you have? If its the 2.8 it wont fit in a 3n1-22. Also by 300 Im guessing you mean 300 f4. The 300 2.8 woudn't fit in either of these bags. The 300 f/4 might fit in the 3n1-33 with no body attached.

3n1-22 is out of the question then. Im not sure on the -33 I think it would be a tight fit.

Here is a review of the -33 on a local Chicago site. Looks like it would be pretty tight for the 300 and a 70-200 2.8.
