Was there for orientation, Took some pictures. I wouldn't say they are my best as most were taken while driving by in a car, but here are three i've done a little PS work on. I am a true amateur and critcism is most welcome. I can post larger version if anybody wants to see them.

Also -- Feel free to edit them, As long as you post them back here:)

All three taken with my Rebel XT and Kit Lense.

Very nice shots, especially the arches.

I like the first one, but that car on the right side of the center arch has to go away :) Give it a little clone tool and get rid of it.

The car was bugging me, just figured I couldn't take it out without screwing up the picture, Didn't turn out to bad though.

I think you did a good job cloning out the car.

I also think this photo would have turned out better if it was taken in portrait as opposed to its current landscape mode.

It's a shame the highlights got overblown in the third photo as it could have turned out really nice.

Not bad. Overall you shouldn't offer to post larger images. Maybe 100% crops only. If you post too large an image, people can easily save it to their computer and use it for their own use/steal it.

Yea, In just about every picture i was taking the sky was overblown. But this is unavoidable if i want to keep everything else correctly exposed on a bright day right?

Not really. For this photo, it seems slightly overexposed. Underexposing can help with the highlights.

You can always use a polarizing filter or a graduated (no pun itended!) Neutral Density filter which can help in such situations.

What camera did you use?
