and i was blown away, i was looking for inspiration for portraits and wow i was blown away. As ignorant as it sounds i dont know too much about her, but even looking at this book its an amazing insight into her life and wow her pics are amazing.

This has inspired me a load and i now want to invest in an Olympus Pen or something similar to have at my hand at all times.

I actually got emotional looking through this book, with powerful images of her life then images of 9/11 and then not really knowing what happens with her parents. Truly amazing work

One day i want someone to look through a book of my pics and be overwhelmed with emotion, thats my ambition

Im really hoping we have some good photography fans here to talk about and appreciate

Too bad she made poor financial decisions. I'm interested if her book is worth the money.

I think "Annie Leibovits at Work" is probably better as an inspirational tome for photographers.

It's more directly about the more-or-less technical aspects of particular sessions and periods--how she shot and how she planned and managed specific sessions...but don't expect her to get too technical.
