Have a shot of my nephew that i like but can't figure out the best method of removing the green cast on his left cheek. I have tried patch, healing. Done a Hue/Saturation layer but none of it looks the right way. Any tips on getting rid of this tint.

Havce you got the original RAW image available.. ?
The jpeg above looks as if it's allready been through the Post Process ringer.. I don't think we'd have much luck working with it.

I've just had a play with it in Photoshop. Found by using the colour variations to decrease the green, and the finished it off by using the soft round paintbrush with a low opacity to ad skintone to the few areas that still had a green tint. I also removed the red reflection in the eyes.

I don't have this in RAW but this is the untouched original with just a frame.

Try masking adjustment layers....

If I attached the image right, ;) I used;
Selective color
Color Ballance
Hue Satuation

This is a bit of a toughy.
The skin tone is completely subjective, but the whites need to be white....

What post processing softare do you have? Anything with an auto-color correction should fix it. Plus PSE 2 and 3 have "color varitations" which all you to add or subtract blue, green, red from shadows, midtones, and highlights.

Try using "History". You can eliminate the green in one snapshot, undo the change, & then just paint in the change using the History brush. Pretty easy solution!

I am using Photoshop CS and am going to use all the suggestions from this thread to really get this today.
