Today I hiked close to the Third Flatiron. From this overlook you can see the base of the rock formation, which you reach on a path through the foreground trees.Then you are in for a 1000 foot climb. The Third is currently closed to climbing because of nesting raptors in the area, but reopens on Aug. 1. Canon S500.
