Nice set of photographs Barb. The seat of the John looks well used and I wonder where the toilet roll was kept? The pickup looks great in greyscale.

I just love the Studebaker, I'm partial to barns and farms, looks like you got some gold there.

thanks everyone for your kind comments, I'm going back for the Studebacker tail gate before the whole place gets leveled!

Very nice set Barb, a genuine piece of early Americana. :)
I wonder how old this farm is? Why would they going to tear it down? Is this close to a city?

I'm betting they carried it in and out as needed. ;)

thanks Bruce, not to sure how old it is but there was a cotten gin there, not sure at this point if it will be torn down, many of the oaks are taged as if they were to be kept and allot of the stuff was taken to the historical society. I do know that the man who owned it passed, he had one daughter that he beat and she didn't want anything to do with the farm so I'm not sure who owns it now, the city or the man who built a housing development right next to it. It will be a crying shame to see some of the barns tore down, they are still in good shape!
don't think it was was carried anywhere, it's solid! the building that was around it has fallen down!
Great series, thanks for sharing.
Fabulous series Barb!!
