Strictly voluntary here in CT, cept the pinheads in the state house keep bringing it up, course that starts the huge rallys and protest so it goes by the wayside. :lol: :lol: It's pretty common to see the passanger with the helmut. Thanks for looking.

Thanks Titus213 and Marie. I was at there at the right moment, just got through taking some photos of some kayakers on the river turned around and saw them. :lol:
