Press car was going over washboard and he was shooting at 1/30th sec?:):)
Bet ya I can tell you the brand of bike #11 is riding. Giant TCR Advantage, T-Mobile edition.:):):):):):)

I've had a similar problem with that banding every so often, but mine's come out in a bright orangey colour, looks like his camera just went cucko at exact;y the wrong time.

Good guess, but you're wrong, Ullrich rides a Walser TT bike which is rebadged to look like a Giant.
