Can't Play Audio on Epson P-2000?

Well, I just got this thing today, and so far I love it!:lol: Only thing is I can't get any of my music or video files on it. They're all in various formats that aren't compatible with the Epson. So, my question to you all is how do I convert them to compatible formats?

I've found that they can be in MP3 or apple formats (i tunes) you can do the mp3 files quite easily in windows media player.
