Remember these are my personal opinions not necessarily everyones or correct...
I don't like intro screens, if someone wants to see your images that's exactly what they want to see, not have to wait for an intro screen to load just to press the word enter to get to where they wanted to be in the first place...
I find the constant flash animation on the home page annoying a once only effect would be better...
From the Vacation link (only one that seems to be working) I like the layout of the page and that you can run it as a slide show or individual images...
I can't see the point of having a home page button on the home page when the galleries are opened in a new window as the only time you can see it is when you are actually on the home page...
Everyone has different opinions on what is good and what isn't the main thing is are you happy with it...

MY VIEW
I'm not keen on flash intros - but at least you have a way to skip - not sure how that would work on dial-up.
Not sure if its my eyesite/screen but the text on the navagation buttons appears blurred, or the drop shadow effect makes them look blurred.
The only page that works seems to be the vacation page - that opens in a new window - if you intend to do that on all pages - it will get very busy on the viewers screen if they have 7 screens open to see the different galleries,
I would prefer to see the menu on each page so that the user does not have to find your homepage on his/her task bar to view a different gallery, and it only opens in onescreen.
agree with comments about homepage button, its actually totally redundant.
Dont understand why you have George's photoshop in the flash header, thought this was your photography?
I think there should be some information about the photographer too.
The title page on the gallery page needs to be changed to george NOT adobe
The page is clean, I like the navigation buttons format, the gallery is good - showing a slide show and being able to choose each photo - also the little captions at the side providing info about the photo

id say that guy has quite a bit of work to do still :)
i would tell him not to use spaces in folders and filenames online so you dont have to deal with %20 in links etc.
as mentioned before it says adobe gallery ..
you might find some buttons which match the site better

I would recommend that you install a php gallery such as coppermine photo gallery
Take a look at my site and see how the photos are organized, www.sonikempire.com/photography (http://www.sonikempire.com/photography) You can rate, and comment on photos
It looks like basic html website layout, and it doesn't have the professional look.
Flash is great, but once it's overdone it's annoying.

Im just not a fan, feels like its out of the mid 90's...the code is rather dirty and its a poor use of flash, but most places dont know how to use flash in design correctly anyway
