HAHAH. I forgot, and left my new NB2LH Sterlingtek battery sitting on the charger overnight. anyone know of anything that could go wrong? i was using the charger that came with the Rebel XT.

Most battery chargers say the bty are charged when they are 85-95% charged. By leaving them in the charger longer, they will get up to 100%.

I've left one in for about 24hrs one time. I believe it has an auto shut off because I noticed right away that the battery was not hot at all.

I think the charger that comes with the 10D/20D says to leave it on the charger even when it says that it is at 100%. The charger should take it to 95% (or there about) and then trickle charge it to 100%.
