While in the office the other morning, I thought I'd try a shot down one of the hallways in hdr. I didn't have my tripod with me so one of the three shots I took came out blurred. I went ahead and continued with the remaining two images to create the hdr file in CS4, then tonemapped in photomatix, then back to CS4.
I don't think it turned out bad at all.

ehehe, I just ran into something like this the other day. I did same thing and I was happy with my results.

Thanks. I'm pleased that the view outside through the glass doors at the end of the hall was properly exposed too.

Actually, I think what you're seeing is a result of the DOF since I focused on the door at the end of a 100' hallway in low light conditions. As I mentioned in my first post, the blurred image was tossed and not used to create this hdr image...hence the title of the topic.
