This was like my 2nd time shooting a car, someone on my own with my alien bees. Luckily I met a new friend during the shoot who is also a photog and had 2 more alien bees, so we had a lot of fun.

Shots look awesome with just a 50mm available to you.

Lighting looks spot on too. Seems its much easier to shoot a black car with the softbox based on my experience of shooting black cars.

Very nice work, not used to black cars looking very good in strobed shots. What power levels were you shooting the B800s with? I'm curious because I just got mine and have a black car to shoot soon, lol

Since it was night, I wonder if you thought of taking a shot with a darker exposure of the background so you could blend it in & then the car would pop out more?
