I'm batch processing a bunch of images, and saving them is apart of the action.
How do I have it not POPUP the JPEG Options window, when saving.
The JPEG Options window is the one which asks you the qualtiy you want to save the jpeg as, etc.

When running your batch--check the box for "overide action save commands". I believe it will stop that popup.
I had the same problem when batching my first set of pics.

If you do that, you have to set a save step in the action. Even when doing it that way, I still get the pop-up.
The one way I did solve it, was Save as a copy, but I would imagine that's not the only way to go about it.

Hmm...
I do have a save step in my action--and it "closes" the image too.(close is part of the action)

Yes, you must have the "Save As" step in the action as well as checking the override button in the Batch dialogue box...

If you need to use the Destination options in the batch dialogue box in order to change file names (ex.-- p1.jpg, p2.jpg, p3.jpg --to-- p1s.jpg, p2s.jpg, p3s.jpg), you will still run into this problem.
The solution is to run two batches. The first one to Save As into a new folder as described above, the second one to run a file name change batch on the files in the new folder using the Destination options into a third folder... the jpeg dialogue box won't show up.
